As you all know, my skin is quite sensitive and so I am often wary of trying new products because I have to be careful about what I put on my skin.

It’s still a good base, and if you want mega-glow and a more uniform look to the skin then certainly opt for this one (or the amazing Effaclar BB Blur for oilier skin). To conclude, it is a more than interesting option, particularly because of its appreciable quality level and low cost. However, I would recommend this to anyone, and it seems to be okay with my sensitive skin, so if you struggle with that then this would be a good choice.

Recently, the new Bourjois City Radiance foundation was released, and it’s been a while since I received it.

Bourjois said this is a glowy foundation compared to the matte Air Mat but I find this to be on the matte side too. As part of my ongoing attempt to smarten myself up and streamline my wardrobe I have been trying out new fashion trends. In all honestly, protection against environmental factors is something I look for in my skincare, if anything, so I can’t say I’m really going to dwell on that at all. It also has an anti-pollution screen, which for me isn’t such a selling point because I live in the countryside, however if you live in the city is a great feature that could really save your skin. This Bourjois foundation has a formula that boasts of a smoothing as well as evening out effect, that is also smudge proof for all day wear.

Ever since I came across their Healthy Mix foundation (reformulated into something that no longer suits my skintone), I’d been smitten with the brand. Oooh I am rather excited because I do like a Bourjois foundation and once again, I have been totally sucked in by the name. I always go with the lightest shade but this one the lightest 02 Vanilla is a tad bit too light for me.
